One of the banes of my existence has been the filler neck on the Exocet. I’ve been through a bunch of iterations. The first sent gas shooting back up at me, the 2nd involved an expensive 3d printed elbow but always clicked off too early and a filler door that didn’t fully close . Tonight I got my latest part in the mail (an ultra-flexible gas filler neck tube). After some cutting, testing, then cutting some more - I have a gas filler and fuel door that fully closes. It also looks pretty clean (except for the dust in the photo).

An excellent solution. But you should totally keep the backsquirter as a novelty.

I’ll be redirecting that into the exhaust for extra cracks and pops when I get my aftermarket ECU :)
